Hello you beautiful souls, we have a new intimate and special space in Mosman to come together and practice.

We welcome you to come together with our breath, body and hearts. We will work with a fusion of breathwork, movement, Tai Chi, meditation and sound. Building energy, grounding energy and opening us to our deeper sense of knowing. Shifting our attention from the foreground of thought, feeling, experience and our conditioning to the background, the always, and already spaciousness in which everything arises. Being here now as the exeriencer, the experience, and the knower of This.

This is to keep our vibration as high as possible by focusing on beauty, compassion, love and hope.
