Join us for a guided mindfulness meditation accompanied by the soothing sounds of a live harp in the tranquil surrounds of Hazelwood Park. Nestled amongst the gum trees, this unique outdoor experience invites you to relax, reconnect with nature, and find a sense of calm and wellbeing.

Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators, the session offers a peaceful escape from the demands of daily life. Participants are welcome to sit or lie down during the meditation. Please bring a chair or mat, along with a blanket or warm covering for comfort.

Allow the gentle melodies of the harp and the natural sounds of the park to guide you into a restorative state of relaxation.
