    Claire Harrison

    Claire Harrison is the Founder and Managing Director of Harrison Human Resources, a flourishing HR consulting business that sprouted in 2009 from Claire’s passionate belief that inspiring leaders and superstar employees are the key success factor to any business. With over 20 years’ experience, Claire has worked as a HR Director of multi-national organisations, as a Non-Executive Board Director, and a small business owner. Claire’s corporate career includes working with companies such as BHP, Westpac, Fonterra and Mayne Nickless. Claire’s last corporate position was as the National HR Manager of ABC Learning, which employed 15,000 people and Claire managed a team of 50 people across HR and payroll.

    Christy Miller

    Christy Miller is a Partner at Clayton Utz, one of Australia's leading law firms. Christy is a distinguished specialist in industrial relations, employment, discrimination, and work health and safety law. Renowned for her pragmatic legal and strategic advice, Christy's extensive expertise spans a diverse range of industries, from the university / education sector to health and government at all levels. With a focus on minimising risks and liabilities, Christy excels in providing innovative solutions and guidance to public and private sector clients alike, positioning herself as a go-to authority in navigating complex legal landscapes.

    John Sneddon

    John Sneddon is a Director in the dispute resolution team at Shand Taylor Lawyers, an industry leader in property and commercial law, construction law and commercial litigation. John has extensive experience in the field of corporate governance, company and partnership disputes, trade practices law, defamation, oppression, shareholders disputes and the misconduct of company directors. John is a former director of the Crèche & Kindergarten Association Limited, one of Australia's largest early childhood education providers, and has provided legal advice to the Board of the Queensland Symphony Orchestra and indigenous councils in the Northern Territory and North Queensland.

    Adele Garnett
    Adele Garnett is a Special Counsel at Hopgood Ganim Lawyers, a leading mid-tier Australian law firm. Adele has extensive experience in the healthcare and government sectors working in-house in industrial relations and human resources roles for large and complex organisations. She advises clients in workplace relations, awards, enterprise agreements, policy and legislative interpretation, misconduct issues, training and development, recruitment, grievance and complaint management and performance case management.

    Kelly Hallatt

    Kelly is a motivated HR professional with a passion for strategy and innovation. Kelly has extensive HR management experience in leadership positions, as well as experience in an operational leadership role in the financial services industry which strengthened her commercial acumen and operational excellence and enable her to align organisational human resource needs to commercial objectives. She has experience across various industries including hospitality, finance and aged care, and excels in developing strategies to align to business outcomes, creating efficiencies and innovation, leading teams, coaching and influencing and stakeholder management

    Donna Tomasi
    Donna is a senior consultant with Harrisons, Donna's passion lies in coaching leaders on building workforce capability for overall business enhancement. As a Master Practitioner in Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) coaching, Donna offers a sensitivity to stakeholder needs, commitment to help others succeed, customer and quality centric focus, and a desire for continuous improvement. Donna holds over 14 years of human resources experience across a range of industries in both Australia and Canada.
