Join us for a dining experience that blends traditional French cooking techniques with Australian Bush Foods. Harry's on Buderim Chef and Owner, Stuart Bell, will be preparing a 5 course degustation that takes Australian native Bush Ingredients and pairs them with his traditional French training. 

My Dilly Bag Chef and Owner, Dale Chapman, will, along with Stuart, lead guests through each course outlining the ingredients used, the preparation techniques, sourcing, harvesting, and the communities that produce them. 

Trish Thorn, owner of The Little Bar Cart will be preparing drinks to pair with each dish, using the same key bush food ingredients.
