Join us for a collaboration between Harry's Run Club and Cool 2 Be Conscious on Friday, November 8! We can't wait to bring our community together for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and matcha.

The Run Down:

6:10 AM: Meet at Harry's Bondi.
6:15 AM: Bondi Run or Hot Girl Walk. PSA to our Harry’s Run Club regulars: we’re switching things up this week with a few cheeky laps of the beach / promenade.
6:50 AM: Arrival to stillness. Cool down with calming breath-work, meditation, and an ocean dip led by the amazing team at Cool 2 Be Conscious (South Bondi).
7:20 AM: Warm up with $3 coffee and matcha at Harry's Bondi!

We can’t wait to see familiar faces and welcome new ones to this mindful morning.
