HARVEST - An Autumn Equinox Celebration and Ceremony

This is my favourite time of year!!! 

Come and celebrate the turning of the wheel with us, embodying the beautiful autumn equinox energy of yielding and surrender.

This guided and nourishing ceremony will have you honouring all that you have achieved this season, the light within-the yang aspects of who you are, and leave you feeling ready for the more inward and slower yin space of winter.

You will be guided by Nat through an evening of ceremonial cacao, meditation and visualisation, journalling, intention setting, circle sharing, a beautiful and nourishing yin yoga sequence followed by a sacred crystal bowl healing sound journey.

Come and be held in this ultimate equinox surrender, sitting around a beautiful autumnal earth altar.
