Harvest Festival Volunteer Sign Up!

Backyard Basecamp is hosting its annual Harvest Festival! An event dedicated to fall fun! There'll be outdoor activities, food, music, and more!

Interested in helping our organization with this event? Fantastic, because we need your support!

We're looking for volunteers to offer support in 2 hour time frames. 

There are four scheduled volunteer shifts you can sign up for: 

1. 10am-12pm (Harvest Festival Set-up)

2. 2pm-4pm (Support during Harvest Festival)

3. 4pm-6pm (Support during Harvest Festival)

4. 6pm-8pm (Harvest Festival Take-down)

Harvest Festival Set-up: Assisting event coordinator with tables, chairs, assembling canopies, and moving event supplies/equipment

During the Festival: Assist at various stations, act as a point of contact for general questions at the event (regarding location and timing of activities and facilities)

Harvest Festival Break-down: Disassemble stations, take down tables, chairs, and canopies. Bag trash on the property and help load event supplies into staff vehicles.
