ABOUT THE CEREMONY

Our Autumn Equinox ceremony will be celebrated on the Harvest Full Moon which is also a partial lunar eclipse. A perfect time to release, let go and shed anything that is not serving our most highest divine timeline. Eclipses were often feared as they could bring about sudden change, however from my own experience, I find they bring us back into alignment with our soul purpose. So any old soul contracts, old timelines, toxic relationships or unaligned jobs or superficial friends, could suddenly end so that we can welcome the new. Think back to what happened to you mid October last year, particularly around relationships, for the eclipse energy then, is again highlighting things now.

Furthermore, the Autumn Equinox is a cosmic portal of time, where the sun beams onto the equator, and night and day are of equal lengths in all parts of the earth, reminding us we are all sharing the one planet and reality and the importance of balance, harmony and the changing seasons.

In the southern hemisphere, we specifically pay our respects to the abundance and harvest of Summer and begin to prepare for the dormant depths of Winter.

The Autumn Equinox ceremony allows us the opportunity to honour our alignment with nature but also remembering we are part of the cosmos, and therefore bringing these two aspects into harmony.

Ancient traditions understood the power of this portal and the importance of ceremony for the divine blessings of prosperity and abundance throughout winter and the coming year.

This week is also Holy week and many are completing 40 days of purification as a lead up to lent, whilst others are fasting in Ramadan. Spiritually energies are heightened and it's important to be in reverence and gratitude to everything we have, and everything around us. It's important to be on the positive side of Karma, offering thanks, being of service, giving, sharing and letting go of attachments that are not of our highest good. In effect, creating our own "luck" and destiny, ensuring good health and harmony for the year ahead.

MELINDA KALAC is the main host and organiser. Melinda is a qualified

Pranic Crystal Healer and Pranic Psychotherapist and has been practising

for 10+ years. She has also studied various meditation practises, Soul Realisation, Arhatic Yoga, Pranic Feng Shui, Cosmic Abundance, Tree of Life and Cell Regeneration practises. Melinda is currrently studying NLP, Ayurveda and Life Coaching and has taken up a life long passion of learning Astrology and the wisdom of Plant Spirit medicine. She has travelled and lived in South and Central America where Sacred Cacao originates from and she is a co-auther of Amazon International Best Seller "Wild Woman Rising: Brave Woman Who Carve Their Own Path" and "Sacred Rebel: Women Who Dare To Disrupt". Originally

from Melbourne, she moved to NSW in 2020, where she founded Pranic Healing

Hunter and was called to bring these ceremonies to the forefront of her work where she began her first Autumn Equinox in March 2020. Her first ceremony coincided with one of the biggest global events in her lifetime, which gave her the opportunity and time to connect to country on a deeper level. Melinda recently relocated to the Snowy Mountains. She is now writing and publishing her own

books and providing coaching and editing services to other writers and

publishers whilst hosting her weekly Monday online meditations.

STUART MCLEAN has studied Reiki, Raynor Massage Therapy, Bowen

Therapy, Pranic Healing, Arhatic Yoga, Tree of Life, Cell Regeneration

and Cosmic Abundance. Stuart works closely with crystals producing

beautiful staffs for healers and meditation teachers and works with

Mother Earth for planetary healing. Stuart has over 25 years

experience in Energy Healing and will be assisting the organiser and his

life partner

Melinda by supporting the group in clearing space and anchoring in the

light. We are so grateful for his contribution.

WHAT TO BRING

This is an online event however we recommend that you....

- wear comfortable clothes. Most of the event will be seated.

- bring small offerings of gratitude: flowers, seeds, tabacco, chocolate, incense, tea, coffee, water etc.

- a journal and pen

- a bottle of water to have handy

- a candle or incense to light

HOW TO PREPARE

- Shower or cleanse in fresh water

- Smudge with incense or energetically heal yourself before hand

- Connect into country from where you are with respect and reverence to the traditional owners, ancestors and elders of the land (please research the name of the country of where you are)

- We ask that you bring an offering or many offerings of gratitude: flowers, water, seeds, fruit, cacao etc

- We ask that you think about what you would like to give up that is no longer serving you as we head into Winter 2024

- Be conscious of where the East/North/South/West directions are from where you will be sitting for the ceremony

- We prefer that you do not eat a heavy meal before hand and have some food or desert prepared for grounding afterwards.
