Overview: Join us for a day-long retreat designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Set in the homely surroundings of Bolton Homestead, this retreat offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our focus will be on mindfulness, connection, and creative expression, providing you with tools to find inner peace and clarity.

Schedule:

8:00am: Arrive at Bolton Homestead
Begin your day with a warm welcome, get settled, slow the mind, and join our circle ready for Opening Circle.

8:30am: Opening Circle with Michelle Essex
Gather for our opening circle where we will start with a grounding ritual, helping us transition from our everyday lives into the mindful and intentional space of the retreat. It is a time to connect with ourselves, each other, and the collective energy we bring to this gathering.

9:00am – 9:45am: Wisdom of Cocao - Helen Day
Drop into your sacred heart space as we journey through the ancient wisdom of Cacao. As part of the ceremony, you will watch as the cacao is made, before sitting in circle to sip with intention and experience the warmth of this heart-opening elixir.

10:00am – 10:45am: Self-care of your Human Design - Emma Fiorenza
Energy Aligned will guide you to understand your energy type, identify your personal needs, and create self-care rituals that truly nurture and recharge you. Through practical insights and reflection, you'll leave feeling more connected to yourself and equipped to care for your mind, body, and soul in a way that feels natural and aligned.

11:00am – 11:45am: Spellbound Creations - Joanne Van Kints
Explore mindfulness through creativity. As you craft your own dream catcher, you'll practice staying present and centered, using the process as a form of meditation. Leave with a beautiful, handmade symbol of tranquility and positive energy.

12:00pm – 2:00pm: Mindful Lunch - Nourishment by Chef Kiri
Savour a delicious, nutritious lunch prepared with locally sourced ingredients. Experience mindful eating practices to fully appreciate the flavours and nourishment.

2:00pm – 2:45pm: Knowing Numerology - Julie Weir
From about the age of 40, the energy of your first name begins to wake up and starts pushing you to remember who you are meant to be. As you begin to question "Who are you really?” and “what you are doing with your life” you start to make a stand for your heart. Important relationships can begin to unravel or fall apart if you are not on the same page. Numbers are therefore great teachers because they open the way to see the truth of the heart and surrender what we think/believe about a situation to transform.

3:00pm – 3:45pm: Inner Portal Exploration - Michelle Essex
Michelle's current offering is one of her more inward journeys with you. This portal of reflection takes you to a deep well within you, bringing what needs to come up to the surface easily and lovingly. She uses gentle movement to ensure your body can free the energy as you rise up from the well into a new paradigm of yourself.

4:00pm – 4:45 pm: Sound Healing Meditation - Kym Coulthard
Experience the calming power of sound meditation. Allow gentle vibrations to guide you into deep relaxation, restoring balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Perfect for stress relief, inner peace, and reconnecting with your intuition.

5:00pm – 5:30pm: Closing Circle
Gather for a closing ceremony to reflect on the day’s experiences and set intentions for carrying the retreat’s benefits into your daily life.

5.30pm Onwards, join us for a swim or head home.

What to Bring:
• Comfortable (sun-safe) clothing suitable for yoga and outdoor activities
