1st Annual ASD HarvestFest Vendor Registration
Event description
In partnership with Blue Mountain Therapy, Appalachian Sustainable Development is hosting a Fall Festival on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are searching for vendors to set up in the Vendor Market! Each vendor will receive a 10x10 space inside the facility for a $25 non-refundable fee, due at time of registration. Vendor set up begins at 8:00 AM.
In addition to the Vendor Market, which will happen in its own dedicated space, we hope to pull a big crowd with a variety of family-friendly activities throughout the facility, including:
- Kid Activities: Diggin' in the Dirt, train rides, a petting zoo, hoop contest, pumpkin decorating, and more
- Live Music
- Raffles (big items and small!)
- Plant Sale
- Food Trucks
Several craft vendors have asked if they can donate an item to be included in a "Vendor's Raffle Package" as a donation to ASD, and the answer is yes, of course! Just complete the answers on the checkout form when you register. NOTE: You will either need to provide your own table and chairs, OR you can rent a table and 2 chairs for $10 for the day.
