Event description

Presented by Prof Kim Wilkins and the HASS Research Team

Are you planning on submitting an application for an upcoming funding round? In this workshop Prof Kim Wilkins (HASS Deputy Associate Dean of Research, ARC College of Experts member, and award-winning author) will help you to better communicate your research with assessors within and outside of your discipline. This grantsmanship workshop will help you write clear, compelling, distinctive applications that will be hard for assessors to put on the ‘no’ pile. It will also help you to expertly present the answers that grant assessors need to know when they need to know them. Bring along an idea to work with and something to write on. Afternoon Tea provided! Register here and email us for more information.

If you are intending on applying for an ARC Future Fellowship, DECRA, Discovery Project, or any other funding scheme, this is for you!

This event is for UQ HASS Staff (or non-staff applying through HASS) only. Please email us if you would like to discuss this further.

When: 1-4pm, Tuesday 8 October
