Saturday 20 September 2025 | Wauchope Showground | From 5:30pm

The Hastings + Hinterland Town & Country Ball brings together our community for a great night out and a powerful show of community strength and support.

Held under the stars at the Wauchope Showground, this special event brings together live music, local food and wine, raffles, auctions, and heartfelt moments to raise much-needed funds for our region’s flood-affected farmers and agricultural businesses.

Hosted by Dr Kristy Kostalas, the evening promises warm country hospitality, inspiring stories, and a chance to give back to those who’ve kept going through fire, flood, and hardship.

All proceeds go directly to local primary producers and small agri-businesses across the Port Macquarie-Hastings region through a transparent, community-led micro-grant process.

Whether you're dancing, dining, donating or bidding, your presence on the night makes a difference.
