Join me for an hour of my unique blend of Hatha and Restorative Yoga, combining purposeful movement and release with deep, nourishing rest.

This is a class for everyone — whether you're completely new to yoga or have been practising for years.

I’m a senior yoga teacher and trainer and have spent the last 12 years working with thousands of women, using yoga to empower, support and connect a wonderful community through my Beach Yoga classes on Swansea Bay.

This new class brings that same spirit of connection into a beautiful indoor space, with time to move, breathe, release and deeply rest.
