Daily Gentle Yoga, Meditation, a Forest Picnic, a swim in the beautiful clear fresh river, a chance to create, connect, laugh, rest.

An aromatherapy massage on a private deck, the experience of being part of a drumming circle under the night sky.

The table will be spread with wholesome vegetarian and vegan food, treats, juices, teas and coffee.

Come alone and enjoy the time just for you, or you may wish to nurture a special bond and bring a mum, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a friend. Everyone is welcome, and all processes, emotions and information shared during this retreat are treated with the strictest confidence and utmost respect.
