An enchanting Wellness Retreat with accommodation and camping options nestled among organic gardens and rainforest in Kumara, on the West Coast of the South Island of New Zealand. We offer events from the EVOLve studio at the back of the property, including regular scheduled yoga classes, Shamanic breathwork, sound healing, soul circles, day retreats and more.

Kate, the owner and founder of Greenstone Retreat, has been teaching yoga since 2019. With a background in personal training, sports therapy, massage, and hospitality, she brings a rich understanding of both the physical and emotional sides of wellbeing.

Kate’s deep love for holistic living and connection has guided the evolution of Greenstone Retreat into what many now call “THE West Coast Holistic Healing Retreat” — a sanctuary shaped by a team of therapists, helpers, and supporters who share her vision.

Blending her yoga background with ongoing studies in Paganism, Shamanism, and other spiritual traditions, Kate has developed a deeply personal and inclusive style of teaching. Her sessions weave together movement, sound, energy work, and intuitive connection, offering a space where students can truly realign body, mind, and spirit.
