* Mantra Meditation - Nourish your inner wellbeing with a beautiful, guided form of yoga meditation that will bring deep peace and happiness to your heart and calm the mind.

At ASMY we welcome everyone to the practice of yoga and aim to create a safe place whereby we pass on the essence of yoga which is that it is an individual practice that is non-competitive, with safety and alignment as a core focus. Different variations and alternates are given so you can tune into your body and adjust your practice as needed.
