Hatha Yoga 

Create cohesion and harmony through balancing stability with mobility, activity and stillness, balancing body-mind relationship.  Take the opportunity in our busy, stressful  world to join in a Hatha Yoga class suitable for all levels.

DAYTIME: Mondays commencing 8th November 9.15 am - 10.15 am  - $64.00 per term (6 weeks)

EVENING: Thursdays commencing 11th November 7.00 pm - 8.00 pm  - $64.00 per term (6 weeks)
