HAU TAPU Breathwork & Sound Healing

Experience Deep Healing and Connection

Join us for an immersive journey at HAU TAPU BREATHWORK, where Sacred Breathwork and Sound Healing converge for transformative healing.

A Global Journey

Hau Tapu has made its mark across Aotearoa, Australia, Bali, and America, weavng together our indigenous healing traditions.

Led by Experts

Under the guidance of renowned Māori Healing Facilitator Chelita Kahutianui o-te-Rangi Zainey, this experience blends ancient wisdom with modern practice.

Transformative Experience

In this carefully crafted TAPU | SACRED space, you’ll be enveloped in the healing frequencies of ORO (vibrational sound), Hau Tapu (Sacred Breath), and the grounding energy of Pounamu.

Chelita, as Poutokomanawa, will lead you through conscious connected circular breathing—a powerful method to release suppressed emotions and realign with your true self.

Sonic Journey

The session will feature a mix of live sound and recorded music, employing Taonga Pūoro and vocal frequencies to create a sonic landscape that bridges the physical and spiritual realms. Each soundscape is infused with intention, guiding you deeper into your inner self and facilitating transformation through vibration.

Rooted in Indigenous Wisdom

This unique experience aims to transport you into a non-ordinary state of consciousness, where breath and sound harmonize to foster healing, insight, and deep embodiment.

Who Should Attend?

Whether you seek emotional release, inner peace, or a deeper connection with yourself and the world, this open and inclusive event is for everyone aged 18 and over.
