FREE Summer Circus Arts for Youth aged 12 - 18 years
Friday 19th January: 1pm - Fabric (silks and hammock), 2pm - Bar (trapeze and hoop)
Friday 26th January:1pm - Fabric (silks and hammock), 2pm - Bar (trapeze and hoop)
Fabrics: Climb the silks and swing in a sling! An introduction to our fabric apparatus with F'Aerial Arts Circus School.  Warm up with some basic tumbling and juggling, then learn techniques of how to climb, flip, wrap and drop on the fabric apparatus
Bar: Try the trapeze and lounge in a lyra (aerial hoop)! An introduction to our bar apparatus with F'Aerial Arts Circus School.  Warm up with some basic tumbling and hula hoops, then learn techniques of how to hang, roll, pose and drop on the bar apparatus.
All levels welcome, bookings required. Clothing requirements: no jewellery or baggy clothes. Long-sleeved top and long pants/leggings essential.
