Thanks for your booking! We look forward to seeing you at Bayfield High School for Have a Hit in the Holidays.

Please read the information below before attending.

📍 Where to go
Please come directly to the Bayfield High School gym and check in with the supervising staff member when you arrive.

🎟️ Check-in
Please have your Humanitix ticket/QR code ready to be scanned when you arrive.

If you don't have access to your QR code, please bring photo ID (such as your secondary school student ID) so we can confirm your identity against the registration list. This is particularly important for students attending from other secondary schools.

⏰ Arriving and leaving
You don't need to arrive at 8:30am or stay until 1:00pm – come down for as much of the session as you like.

However, for Health & Safety and supervision purposes, once you have checked in and then leave the gym, your session for that day is finished. You cannot leave and return again later that day.

👟 What to bring
Please wear appropriate sports clothing and non-marking sports shoes. Bring a drink bottle and any food or snacks you may need while you're there.

🏐 What to expect
The nets will be up, volleyballs will be available and the idea is simple – make up teams, have a hit, play some games and enjoy some volleyball!

There may also be opportunities for organised games, drills and some coaching throughout the session.

👥 Bringing friends
Friends from other secondary schools are welcome, but everyone participating must have their own ticket/registration before attending.

📱 Parents/Caregivers & Emergency Contacts
Please make sure your parent/caregiver knows that you are attending, where you will be, and approximately what time you expect to leave.

Please also ensure the parent/caregiver and emergency contact details provided with your registration are accurate and up to date, so we can contact someone if required.

🎫 3-Day Passes
If you've purchased a 3-Day Pass, your registration covers all three days. You will still need to check in with us each day when you arrive.

📋 Expectations & Terms and Conditions
By attending, participants are expected to follow Bayfield High School's usual expectations for behaviour, respect our facilities and equipment, and follow any instructions given by supervising staff.

Please make sure you are familiar with the Terms & Conditions associated with your registration before attending.
