Have you ever walked away from a conversation feeling misunderstood, wondering how two people could experience the same moment so differently?

Perhaps you've thought, "That's not what I meant," or struggled to understand why someone reacted the way they did. The truth is, we don't all see, interpret or communicate in the same way—and recognising those differences can transform the way we relate to ourselves and others.

In this interactive workshop, we'll explore how our unique ways of thinking, communicating and responding influence our relationships at home, in the workplace and in everyday life.

Through practical insights and reflective discussion, you'll begin to understand why misunderstandings happen and how greater self-awareness can create more meaningful conversations, stronger connections and greater compassion for yourself and those around you.

At The Sage Blooms, we believe that understanding ourselves is the first step to understanding others.

This workshop offers a gentle introduction to the power of self-awareness, helping you look beyond behaviours and reactions to discover what may be happening beneath the surface. Because when we begin to understand ourselves with greater awareness and curiosity, we also create the opportunity for deeper understanding, healthier relationships and more authentic connection.

Suitable for adults of all ages and backgrounds.

Come as you are. Leave with greater awareness, understanding, and practical tools to support your wellbeing.
