Description

Join us for a unique collaboration blending breathwork, yoga, and live sound healing.

On Monday 9th, from 6.30 PM to 9 PM at the pristine Korimako Hall (Havelock North), Jessie will guide you through a grounding breathwork practice and a rejuvenating yin yoga flow, leading into a long, blissful rest in Śavāsana where Justin will weave an immersive live Sound Journey.

The soundscape will be created with medicinal instruments such as Didgeridoo, HandPan, North American Flute, Shamanic Drum, Mongolian throat singing and more.

As you lie in stillness, the vibrations and tones will guide you on an inner journey to release tension, restore calm, and nourish your nervous system.
