HAVEN is a soft sound healing journey like no other -a gathering for those who crave rest, gentle connection, and a place to come home to themselves again and again.

We gather for an hour and a half of live vocals, music, and soothing soundscapes.
There’s nothing to do - just arrive, settle in, and be held by sound and stillness.

⏰ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm (arrive a few minutes early)
**Spaces are limited - bookings essential

🌿 What to Bring

Please bring anything you need to feel comfortable lying down**:

A yoga mat, sleeping mat or something soft
A cushions, pillows or bolster
A blanket or and layers to stay warm
A full water bottle
Journal and pen (optional)
Eye mask (optional but highly recommended in Summer)

**While the venue does have limited props, it's recommended to bring your own to avoid missing out - however, there may be some spares.

Doors open 10 minutes before we begin. Please arrive on time - late entry may not be possible once we start, to honour the space for everyone.

💫 Who It’s For

This space is open to all - no experience needed.
If you’re feeling tired, restless, or craving a quiet place to be held and breathe, you are welcome. This space is here for you to come back to yourself and your body, to connect with like-minded souls and to find some peace. An hour and a half of self-love and care for you to finally receive.
