Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Hawkesbury City Chamber of Commerce will be held during our breakfast meeting on Thursday 19th Nov 2025 at 6:45am at Bligh Park Hotel. We encourage you attend and hear from our President, Vice President and Treasurer talk about the main achievements the Chamber reached during the past year and a summary of the Chamber’s financial health.

Members are entitled to vote for representatives on the Executive Committee at the meeting should it be required. If you are unable to attend, you can appoint a proxy to vote in your place (e.g. another Chamber member). If you would like to appoint a proxy, please fill out the form and submit no later than Wed 12/11/2026 to the Secretary via secretary@hawkesburychamber.com.au

Our regular networking meeting will continue afterward.
