    Picture yourself surrounded by a custom-designed hay bale arena, nestled within the beautiful Narrogin landscape under the stars, enjoying a picnic and listening to a celebration of music and song. 

    From the grandeur of Perth Symphony Orchestra to the grassroots brilliance of Narrogin's local musicians, this is the culmination of the year-long journey of collaboration and mentorship of Perth Symphony's Green Shoots initiative. 

    Don’t miss this highly anticipated event!  Bring your loved ones and get ready to be swept away on a symphonic journey like never before. This is your chance to be a part of an evening that blends the power of a symphony orchestra with the magic and charm of a country concert—truly a night to remember.

    Date and Time: The concert is scheduled for Saturday 25 November with the Main Entry opening at 4:30 pm. Please refer to the schedule below for more details:

    ·      5:00 pm: Theatre Entry Open
    ·         5:30 pm: Support Act 1 – Ma Baker
    ·         6:15 pm: Support Act 2 – Drinks n Tips
    ·         7:00 pm: Narrogin Hay Bales Concert Set I
    ·         8:00 pm: Interval
    ·         8:20 pm: Narrogin Hay Bales Concert Set II
    ·         9:30: Concert Concludes

    Seating Information: Seating is General Admission within all areas and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. It is UP TO YOU as to the type of seating you bring, however, you will be allocated into a seating area, which is designed for the seating you have chosen.  For example – if you bring a picnic rug, you will be in a different seating zone than if you bring chairs. This will provide the best sight lines for all patrons.

    When you arrive, you will be directed into a seating zone based on the seats that you bring.  Please note that we have the following zones available: 

    ·         ZONE A – Picnic: Front of the Arena (suitable for picnic rugs, no chairs)

    ·         ZONE B – Mixed: Side and middle of the Arena (picnic rugs and low seating)

    ·         ZONE C – Seated: Middle and back of the Arena (own deck and camp chairs)

    ·         ZONE D - VIP: For sponsors and special guests only, this seating has been ASSIGNED and is not available for public use.

    Bus Transportation: Free public buses will operate from the YMCA Narrogin Regional Leisure Centre car park. You do not need to register, simply be at the pickup zone by the time indicated below. Buses will have space for folding chairs and bags.

    Schedule:
    ·         4:15 pm Bus 1: YMCA Parking Lot 
    ·         4:25 pm Bus 2: YMCA Parking Lot 
    ·         9:50 pm Bus 1: Event Bus Stop 
    ·         9:55 pm Bus 2: Event Bus Stop 

    Please ensure you are on time for the bus service.

    Onsite Car Parking: Refer to the attached maps for directions from Narrogin Town Centre to the concert venue. On-site parking will be available, please follow the directions of parking attendants when you arrive.

    What to Bring: As this event is outdoors, we recommend wearing suitable clothing and footwear. Considering the warm weather, bring hats, sunscreen, and stay hydrated. Bug spray is also encouraged.

    Food and Beverages: Food trucks will be on-site from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. You are welcome to bring your own picnic but please note that this venue is licensed, and Alcohol is NOT to be taken in to (or out of) the venue. The bar will be open from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm and water will be provided free until 10pm.

    Digital Concert Hall: This performance will be streamed live by the Australian Digital Concert Hall. If you know anyone who missed out on tickets, please send them the streaming link here. The recording will be available for viewing for 7 days after the performance.

    Conditions of Entry: By entering the venue, you are agreeing to comply and cooperate with the Conditions of Entry found here. Due to increased fire risk, the concert site and all surrounding property are strictly NO SMOKING.

    Our Staff: Many of the Venue staff are volunteers who are donating their time to help support this event. Please be kind and polite to every member of our team as they have worked long hours to help make this a successful community event for all.
