This year, we are again using a sliding scale ticketing system. Please pay what you feel is fair and affordable within the ticketed range. This payment model helps more people access herbal education. Please note as our venue and other costs have increased, we have slightly increased our pricing. Any additional contribution you are able to make helps us bring more people to the Gathering. If you would like to make a donation to the scholarship fund, and help those unable to afford ticket costs, proceeds will directly benefit another individual! **Please note, Camping is available at Rhoneymeade on Friday night for $20 per person donation paid directly to RM. If you are interested in camping at Rhoneymeade please note that on your registration. Details will follow closer to the event.

- What should I pay on the sliding scale?
The sliding scale payment model helps us bring herbal medicine to more people. Please pay what you feel is fair and affordable within the ticketed range. If you still need guidance on what to pay here is a visual we love by Fleur + Forage, LLC. to help guide you on where on the sliding scale!
- What is the class schedule?
- Is food available?
Friday evening will feature light bites from Websters and that is included in your ticket price. (This is not a full meal but some tasty bites)
Saturday you can choose to bring your own lunch or order a meal to be delivered by Websters at an additional cost. The ordering link for these meals will be available May 1st. If you are registered you will receive an email.
- When can I sign up for the classes requiring pre-registration?
We will open up pre-registration mid May for classes requiring pre-registration as well as for the community Acupuncture clinic.
