Dear Families,

On behalf of the team, we're excited to announce tickets are available to purchase for our 2024 Gala concert and Awards, we're looking forward to celebrating and seeing the wonderful achievements of our students on display at this event. Whether it's working towards an examination, learning some of your favourite songs or just beginning to learn music, we're delighted to witness the culmination of a range of goals, ambitions, hard work and practice on stage. Students have reached many stages along their music learning journey throughout 2024, it's important to recognise how far you or your child has come and what the future holds for them.

The event will include band performances, solo acts, accompaniment from our amazing teachers band, quizzes (with prizes to win), awards and more.

Tickets:

Please purchase tickets for your preferred session, if this is different to what you have registered for there is no need to re-register.

It's important to purchase tickets online or at the school before the event for all family members and friends as we may not have tickets available on the day.

There are four sessions to choose from - 9am, 11:30, 3pm and 5:30pm. Each show will go for approx 2 hours with a 10 min intermission.

Seperate to individual tickets, we also have following deals available:

Bring a long a friend: ($20 - child ticket), includes a free trial class for your friend (valued at $33)

Additional Adults: ($25 - after 2 regular adult tickets are selected) We'd love for you to bring along other family members, and show them what you've been working on! (this offer is also available when selecting either family deals)

Family Deal 1: ($99) 2 Adults & 1 Performing Student

Family Deal 2: ($129) 2 Adults & 2 Performing Students

On the day:
We ask that performing students arrive no later than 20 minutes before the advertised start time of the session, as there will be a short intermission students performing in the first half will wait backstage, under supervision with activities and a video feed of the performance. Those performing in the second half will wait in the first rows of the audience. They will then swap during the intermission.

Photos:
A professional photographer will be taking photos throughout the day and each session, these will be available for purchase after the event with both digital and prints being made available.
