HCAA October 2025 Newcastle General Meeting

Our HCAA Newcastle October 2025 General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 15 October 2025, commencing 6pm at Merewether Surfhouse., Newcastle.

Event information is still to be confirmed, but please feel free to save the date and book your ticket in advance, knowing it will be an information filled event.

6pm: Doors open

6:30pm sharp: General Meeting opens

6.35pm: Welcome and HCAA report

6.50pm: General Meeting closes

Presenter: Peter George, Singleton Council

Peter George, Acting Manager – Water and Sewer at Singleton Council, will provide a presentation on ‘Recent updates with Singleton Councils processes’.    

7.30pm

Presenter: Hugh Woollet, Northrop 

Hugh Woollet, Structural Engineer at Northrop, will provide a presentation on ‘Slab Deflection – All things Considered’.

8.10pm

Presenter: Daniel Borg, Psyborg

Daniel Borg, Director at Psyborg, will provide a presentation on ‘Why AI, Why Now’.

8.30pm Meeting closes and time to socialise.

Food and drinks will be provided please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

Bookings will close on Wednesday 08 October or earlier if venue reaches capacity. 

You need to attend on the night to get your CPD points not just register.
