HCO / OFSC Fresh Food Farm Trail - 1st March
Event description
Join us if you'd love to:
> Visit small farms in our region, walk around and hear farmers' and producers' stories about some of the joys and challenges of small-scale farming
> Enjoy tastings from these farms and bring your own refreshments and non-alcoholic drinks for the trip
> Participate in picking activities (optional)
> Share your experience on social media to promote and support our local food system
> Receive a voucher redeemable from the farms
Special conditions for this Trail:
Please wear warm clothes and bring a rain coat or umbrella.
The Trails unfortunately are NOT suitable for people with mobility issues.
Pets are not permitted on any Trail.
Transport options:
The Trails will be conducted by Charter bus. We will offer the following pickup/dropoff options:
> Seaford Train Station Car park, entrance near 161 Griffiths Dr, Seaford. Pick up @ 9:05 (to meet the train due at 9.01) and drop off approx. 1:45pm
> McLaren Vale & Fleurieu Coast Visitor Centre, 796 Main Road, McLaren Vale, Pick up @ 9.20am and drop off approx. 1:30 pm.
Note the cafe is open for coffee and lunch from 9am to 3:30pm
