For those looking for a career pivot or seeking further engagement from their work, this workshop is designed to help participants work through a Personal Impact Framework providing an actionable pathway to engage in and contribute to the for-purpose economy.

In this workshop, you will also hear insights collected over the past decade by the People for Purpose team on the challenges and opportunities that face the sector.

This month, we welcome Susan Metcalf as our guest speaker.

As a CEO, business leader, and Board member Susan Metcalf has deep commercial and not-for-profit experience. This is grounded in extensive general management and marketing experience developed across some of Australia’s most valuable for-profit and social-purpose brands including McDonalds, Disney, The Smith Family and Social Ventures Australia. As a Board member she has advised organisations including TAFE NSW, UPA (an aged care provider) and Scouts Australia NSW.

Susan is a Vincent Fairfax Fellow in Ethical Leadership, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Macquarie University Graduate School of Management, and a Diploma Law (SAB) from Sydney University.

Susan brings commercial experience and social perspective together in a ‘head and heart’ approach to excellence in business and in life.
