Event description

HeadLand Writers Festival is a celebration of reading, writing, sharing stories and indulging the mind. Across three days in October, the spectacular Tathra headland in the traditional lands of the Djiringanj people will serve as a backdrop to an abundance of author in-conversations, panels, workshops, poetry breakfasts, theatre and music performances.

We invite readers from near and far to join us for the Headland Writers Festival. Feed your head and be inspired by the sublime beauty of Tathra.

Headland Writers Festival is proudly supported by Create NSW.

Headland Writers Festival offers both WEEKEND/ DAY PASSES and INDIVIDUAL SESSION TICKETS for the program in both the Tathra Hall, and Tathra Uniting Church.

The Weekend Pass does not include individual workshops at The Tathra Beach House or the Dear Diary & Kevin Welch & Heath Cullen show.

All events in the Tathra Hotel venue are free and do not require bookings.

PASSES are cheaper than purchasing sessions individually.

*Make note of session times when booking as there are a number of concurrent sessions in the program.
