headspace Elsternwick and Bentleigh offer free or low-cost mental health services for young people aged 12-25 and their families, as well as youth-friendly GPs, alcohol and other drug support and the specialist early psychosis program. Appointments are free or low-cost and can be made by calling or emailing our friendly reception team.
