Do Nothing This headspace Day

In a world filled with constant notifications, endless scrolling, packed schedules, and never-ending to-do lists, it's never been harder to simply pause, switch off, and just be.

This National headspace Day, we're creating space to practise doing exactly that.

📅 When: Wednesday 14 October, 4:30pm - 6:30pm
📍 Where: headspace South Melbourne, 329 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205
👥 Who: Young people aged 16-25 years. Friends, family members, and supporters are also welcome!

In honour of National headspace Day, the headspace South Melbourne Youth Advisory Group is excited to host our first FREE community event ✨

Come along for an evening of connection, reflection, and simply slowing down. Enjoy free food, self-guided activities designed to help you switch off, three rounds of trivia, and opportunities to meet new people and connect with your local community.

You are welcome to register solo (we will place you into a team) OR register as a team (Max. 5 members).
