This Event is for 12 - 25 year olds

Registrations are now open for our artists alley and cosplay contests.

Artists Alley

Secure your space to showcase and sell your work.

We will help supervise your stall so you can join in on the fun!

Table options include:

• Quarter table (45cm x 80cm)

• Half table (90cm x 80cm)

• Full table (180cm x 80cm)

All stalls will be reviewed prior to the event to ensure they comply with our guidelines.

Cosplay Contest

Step into the spotlight and show of your costume skills!

Categories include:

• Bought it? Rock it! This category celebrates creativity in styling and confidence, no crafting required.

• Mix and Match Magic. A bit of craft, a bit of store - show off your hybrid masterpiece with pride!

• Master Crafted. Every stitch tells a story. This category is for the makers, the sewers, the armor builders, and the detail-obsessed legends.

FAQ

Artists Alley

All stalls will be reviewed prior to the event to ensure they comply with our guidelines.

Setup and Packdown

Set up will begin at 10am. Pack down must be completed by 4.30pm

Payment

To protect artists, headspace Quest Fest will provide attendees with custom tokens in exchange for cash.

These tokens will be used by attendees to purchase items at the Artists Alley stalls.

Stall holders will then be able to exchange the tokens they earned at the end of the day for cash.

Forbidden Items

Items that may not be sold:

• AI-generated art

• Copyrighted logos

• Official merchandise

• Traced art, including pixel sprites

• Copied or stolen original works

• Material that is of an overtly sexual or violent nature

• Confetti / Loose glitter

• Items that may cause injury

• Food and drink items are only allowed for stalls who are registered as a food related business

• Content must not include material that would be deemed inappropriate for a headspace event, such as self harm, commentary on any groups, or overtly political or religious messages. Characters that use religious iconography in their design are acceptable.

Cosplay Contest Rules

All costumes will be reviewed prior to the event to ensure they comply with our guidelines.

• No nudity or excessive skin

• No live steel weapons and props

• Original or alternative take on designs are acceptable

• Prizes will be awarded towards the end of the event
