Headstand Workshop: Transitions and Progressions

This event is inclusive to all genders

We would love it if you are 18+ (We are focused on teaching adult brains!)

So, you've had a little practice under your belt - with us or maybe you're self taught. You want to continue to build confidence and in balance and learn how to flow through transitions and sequences. Maybe you want to perfect your entry, refine your current flow or maybe you're ready for some new progressions.

This is an intuitive workshop that will be tailored to who attends. You will be met at your level :).

This Transitions and Progression Workshop comes after our sold out Headstand Introduction Workshop in Feb this year. In our Intro workshop, we focused on entry, spatial awareness and understanding 'balance'.

Everyone made incredible progress with some even feeling confident enough to move into some intro transitions! Attending this workshop is not a prerequisite, but do keep in mind that we will presume that you have had some basic experience with inversions.

Is this specific workshop for me?

Yes, if:

You have been introduced to the basics of headstands in with Tribe 11/ Workshops/ yoga/self taught etc.
You can kick up to a wall (Unassisted or currently learning)
You want to make substantial progress during the workshop!

You will love this transition and progression workshop if you want to:

Build confidence
Refine your balance skill
Learn new transitions and skills (With or without the wall)
Learn how to remove the wall from your practice
Surprise yourself with what you can actually achieve with correct coaching!
