Course Overview:

Our new “Headstart” course has been developed specifically for small businesses that need some direction, guidance and confidence to develop a sustainability strategy. Through three interactive in-person sessions, and two online check-ins, our team of experts at Go Well Consulting will guide you to write your very own sustainability strategy or roadmap. We will help you identify your key business impacts, show you how to improve upon them, and guide you in making a robust 3 year sustainability action plan towards meeting your goals. Our sessions will also help you to understand the big picture, how our world and our people are all connected, and the role for businesses to play in our economic transformation.

Go Well Consulting’s strategy framework has been used by many successful businesses in New Zealand and Australia. Our process makes it easy for businesses to understand what their actions are, and breaks down some of your biggest challenges into bite-sized, achievable milestones. Some of our clients that have used our framework include companies such as Kowtow, Pals, Swanndri, Emma Lewisham, Maggie Marilyn, Nature Baby, In Bed, Camilla & Marc and many more.
