This Chakradance workshop is about re-igniting the divine love and light that is abundant for all of us to share. Rachel invites you to join her as she brings you this Heal YOUR Heart - Dance of LOVE event at the beautiful Riverdell Spiritual Centre.

Rachel is offering this workshop, as she feel it is a time when our hearts are yearning for new strength, love & light, as well as forgiveness, especially as these new uncertain changes that are unfolding in our world today.

The intention for this workshop is to inspire and support you to Journey deeper than you previously have, to find your inner self and strength. To know and nurture yourself so that spontaneous healing takes place, to encourage you to love life abundantly and all it has to offer. To know that Life’s journey is unique to us all and we all have the power to change the direction. The balanced energy of your Heart Chakra will help you feel unconditional love for yourself and others and to know forgiveness. When your Heart Chakra is balanced you gain the strength to know yourself and to know where you are in this universal energy called LIFE. As a collective we can radiate LOVE and heal the world...Your Journey Begins...

Chakradance is a wonderful healing modality where we will be exploring the Heart chakra through guided meditation, sound (specific composed music), vibration, your own free spontaneous dance and mandala art therapy.

Chakradance is your own free dance we do not follow dance steps or sequence; we just move to the ‘Rhythm of your soul’. We dance bare foot and with our eyes closed, this begins to activate inner experiences – it is almost like entering into a waking dream. Some of you may see images in your minds’ eye while you are dancing or recall memories or gain insights. You also may experience feelings, emotions, or physical sensations.

What to bring

Dress in comfy clothes, water bottle, journal, and an open mind.

You may like to bring a warm blanket for the meditation.
