Meet the Speakers

With over 3 decades of building teams and helping leaders get the very best from their people, Jeff Schwisow knows leaders don’t want to hear more about the problems in the workplace. Jeff uses his experience to teach leaders how to inspire the workplace change that will make them more nimble and adaptable in an ever-changing world. And he uses his creative passion to amaze them into believing that change is possible.

With a career spanning two decades across education, policy and positive psychology, Charlie Simson has a unique, people-focused approach to business, helping start-ups to build organisations that people love to be a part of. Charlie provides strategic advice, coaching, training and setting up of the accompanying business frameworks across policies, processes and practices. She simplifies best-practice models and makes them usable for leaders.

Laura Semple brings over 10 years of experience in the social media and digital marketing landscape, having completed her Master of Communication thesis on The Importance of Posting on Social Media Outside a Release Cycle. Laura knows likes and follows don’t always translate into listens and sales. Her aim is to not just grow your audience but turn them into advocates through engaging, consistent content on social media.

Michael Robertson educates business owners on using proven business frameworks to confidently run a successful business, accelerate profits, and avoid the pitfalls of going it alone. Former CEO of Baker's Delight, amongst other notable roles, Michael helps companies evolve and improve. He established Zenith Transformation Consulting and Coaching (Zenith TCC) to leverage his extensive experience and it has been a fantastic and rewarding journey.
