Join me for my Healing Breathwork & Somatic Movement Circle.

The first half of our session will be using a combination of somatic movement exercises, such as shaking or rocking, encourage the body to release held trauma, restoring the natural flow of energy then leading into a guided journey of a strong breathwork session which allows emotions to surface and be expressed in the moment. Using the skills you just learnt in the somatic movement you may laugh, cry, scream, shake or experience europhic bliss and every single human emotion in between and sometimes all of them put together!

Breathwork & somatic movement used together is a powerful tool to activate your body's parasympathetic nervous system and help you de-escalate and de-stress. It can reduce stress, anxiety & improve sleep and mood and is incredibly effective in releasing stored trauma from your body.

At the conclusion there will be a chance to share your experience if you feel pulled to do so and light snacks will be served.

Comfortable clothing is best. Most of our session will be on a yoga mat (supplied) so if you feel that you will need some cushions/pillows for your head or for extra back support feel free to bring those along. An eyemask is also helpful to avoid distraction and it's common to become cold or hot during the breathwork so a blanket would be really useful along with a water bottle.
