Join our weekly women's circle (6 weeks) to explore trauma, body, emotions, relationship, and shadow with like-minded women on the healing path. There will be opportunities for sharing, learning, embodiment practices, and connecting over tea and nibbles.

Integrating spiritual and trauma-informed principles, the space will offer women the opportunity to support each other on the journey of healing and transformation.

Facilitated by Sophie Guy of True Nature Coaching & Education. Having spent more than 20 years working to heal early childhood trauma, panic attacks, paralysing self-doubt and fear, I am passionate about sharing what I've learnt with other women on the healing path.
