Join us for a very special Healing Birth Circle, lovingly created for mamas who have experienced unwanted interventions or an unplanned outcome, such as instrumental or caesarean birth.

We gather in a warm, supportive circle to honour your unique rite of passage into motherhood and your baby’s journey earth-side. This is a gentle and confidential space where you are invited to share your birth story (if you feel called), witness others, and experience the healing that can come from feeling truly safe, seen and heard.

Throughout the afternoon we will explore connection, reflection, and healing in community, acknowledging that every birth story deserves to be honoured.

We will also offer guidance on scar tissue massage, a simple and empowering practice that can support physical recovery, improve comfort and mobility, and help you reconnect with your body in postpartum.

• Opportunity to share, reflect, and process your personal birth story
• Instruction in gentle scar tissue massage for episiotomy and caesarean
• A nurturing afternoon with snacks and refreshments provided
