Meet your Guide, Sylvie Horvath

Hi, I’m Sylvie, founder of Soul Dimension Breathing. For over 35 years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding wellness seekers from all walks of life with the transformative practices of yoga, breathwork, and meditation. I invite you to join me and our online community on a journey of awakening your inner potential, embracing vibrant health, and deepening your connection to your truest self and inner guidance.

What is Soul Dimension Breathwork?

The Soul Dimension Breathing Technique is a unique approach that combines the ancient wisdom of yoga pranayama, chakra healing, energy medicine, sound healing, and modern science on the profound benefits of breathwork.

This holistic method helps you tap into the healing and deeply restorative power of your breath, allowing you to release and transform emotional blocks, stress, and stagnant energy into increased self-awareness and deeper healing for the body, mind, and heart.
