Do you work in healthcare, education, environment, social justice or another care profession? Are you feeling burnout and a lack of purpose in your work?

Taking time to reflect on our experience and journey is vital to cultivating the inner resources we need to make a difference and sustain ourselves. In this workshop we'll hold space for everyone to engage in self-care and contemplation through guided movement, meditation, journaling, and community sharing.

We'll reflect on questions such as:

What are the key stressors or sources of burnout in my life?
What does success and fulfillment look like to me at this moment in my life?
What decisions do I need to make to set boundaries and align my life with my priorities?
Where can I find support?

With the aid of inspirational and grounding tools and a guided discussion within a supportive community, we'll tap into own our inner wisdom for creative problem solving.

This workshop is geared towards those who are going through a career transition, feeling stuck, or experiencing burnout, but also helpful for those who are looking to sustain their work and drive.

By the end of this workshop you'll leave feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and excited to move forward.

Your Guides:

Clara Fang is a DEIJ consultant, researcher, and advocate with twenty years of experience working at the intersection of climate and racial justice. Her work includes researching the root causes of climate injustice, conducting trainings and workshops on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and advancing climate policy through grassroots organizing and advocacy. As a strategic thinker and communicator, she has led climate and sustainability planning for higher ed institutions, local government, and corporate businesses. Her workshops centers racial healing, somatic self-care, and personal empowerment. Clara has been a mindfulness meditator for over twenty years and her spiritual practice is rooted in Buddhist and indigenous traditions. Clara holds a PhD in environmental studies from Antioch University and is the founder of Green Tara Consulting.

Tatiana Eaves is a Medicine Woman. She's an ecologist, wellness practitioner, healer, and communicator, among other things. She brings a diverse background in ecology, environmental justice, environmental policy, and community advocacy, alongside her expertise as a trained herbalist, energy healer, spiritual guide, and ordained interfaith minister. She believes in sharing her knowledge and the wisdom of the forest to bring us all back into the remembrance of our personal power to enact change in our lives, our communities, and beyond. Her goals are in bringing forth an environmentally sustainable, spiritually fulfilling, socially just human presence on this planet by working collaboratively with others to strengthen our connection with ourselves, Mother Earth, and each other.
