Event description

In this 90 minute, healing circle i will do meditations and visualisations, to deepen your connection to yourself and your natural state of peace and self-compassion.

What to bring: A yoga mat, light blanket, pillow, water bottle.

Your facilitator: Helen is an intuitive intelligence practitioner, Intuitive coach and registered nurse. In her private practise she offers her clients a spiritual, metaphysical and transpersonal perspective to aide them in self healing and empowerment. Modalities available at Helen Hanson Empowering Health (Facebook business page): Intuitive intelligence coaching and tapping, Ka Huna bodywork and reconnective healing. 

A portion of ticket sales goes towards fundraising for the Padbury Community Garden.
