We will explore basic sound-energy healing techniques.
There will be a brief group discussion to attune and outline how we will work & share feedback.
You will then be placed into pairs and a healing exchange will begin.
We will have time for both individual and group feedback.

Feel free to bring any instruments or tools you'd like to work with. Natalie will also have some instruments and items you can use for your practice.

Natalie Grace is a qualified practicing sound therapist, energy healer, and intuitive who has also worked as a teacher-trainer for many years.

She has worked one-on-one, with vocational institutions, and in other group settings delivering programs on a range of wellness subjects including meditation, energy healing, voice-work and, of course, sound healing. Natalie is passionate about supporting and encouraging people to develop and share their healing talents.
