WHAT TO EXPECT:

Over the course of the afternoon, you'll experience:

*A sharing circle. You ll be surrounded by a supportive community of like-minded individuals who are also on their own journey of empowerment and self-discovery. You'll have time to connect with others, share your experiences, and build meaningful relationships that can last a lifetime.

*A Self-reflection quest in nature. A time to ground and connect with Mother Earth and the power of the land we sit on.

* Tools and practices shared by 5 experts in somatic and spiritual well-being:

- Learn about the different states of the nervous system and how it impacts your emotional and physical well-being,

- Practice self massage with powerful jade stones to nurture and reclaim yourself,

- Get introduced to neuro-affective touch to dissociate from negative patterns,

- Learn how to use and activate crystals to support your light,

* Some craft! Our Art therapist will guide you to create your own shamanic wand.

You will find in it : journal prompts, an essential oil roller, a crystal companion, applications cards with all the tips learned during the retreat, witchy tea blend and your own jade massage stone. (kit valued at $120)

WHAT TO BRING:

- The retreat starts at 1.30pm but you are welcome to come and mingle with us from 1pm and start a convo with other passionate women. We will have some nibbles and tea on hand.

- Bring a cushion, your water bottle and journal for added comfort.

- PERSONAL ITEMS: You can add meaningful items to your shamanic wand. We will provide all materials but you may want to personalise your wand with beads, feathers, shells, crystals, talisman, fabric, etc...

PS: Snacks will be available, but feel free to bring a plate to share if food is your love language .

* Marie is a counsellor and remedial massage therapist, dedicated to empower women communities.

* Kate is an intuitive art therapist with a witchy flare...and garden.

* Em is an empathic and intuitive massage therapist who uses her abilities to support women in traumatic transitions.

* Nagaro holds space to the most vulnerable part of us to re-patern negative habits trough massage and neuro-affective touch.

* Camille is a crystal and shamanic healer walking the path of empowerment and self realisation.
