Women, you are warmly invited to a Healing and Nurturing weekend with Midwife, Anna and Doula, Karlyn.

During these two days together you will be gently guided to start or continue the inner healing journey of your childbirth experience.

The transformational nature of birth means that we are forever changed from this epic Rite of Passage. As life continuously shows us, things don't always go to plan. 1 in 3 women experience their birth as traumatic and many feel disempowered.

In this safe and gently held environment, you will be supported to meet the unresolved emotions and imprints from your birth experience and fill those spaces with love and nourishment.

She has been facilitating Temples and womens work for over 10 years internationally and in Australia and holds a 6 month Temple Mentorship Program for women ready to step into feminine leadership. Karlyn Digitalis

Karlyn’s focus is on soothing the nervous system, integration of unresolved past events and empowering people to tap into their own healing capacity. Her passion is in creating sacred sanctuary to enable people to touch the divine within and know this as their truth. Nature and community, spiritual practice and embodiment are the realms which nourish her most.

She is also the Mother of a gorgeous and sassy 5 year old girl!
