What to Expect: 🌿 Morning Hill Walk: Start your day with an invigorating hill walk, surrounded by the serene beauty of nature. Let the fresh air and stunning views uplift your spirit.

🌀 Theta Healing Circle: At the top of the hill, join us for a transformative Theta Healing circle led by Theta Healing Coach Eva. Experience the deep relaxation and emotional release that Theta Healing brings, guiding you towards greater clarity and peace.

🤝 Connect and Network: After the healing session, enjoy healthy snacks and refreshments while connecting with like-minded women. This is your opportunity to build authentic relationships and expand your supportive network.
