The 'Healing Recipes Series' will consist of 4 educational workshops held on a Wednesday evening focusing on recipes from the Medical Medium book series (including Cleanse to Heal, Liver Rescue and Brain Saver). We will make and sample a few different recipes each week and participants will take home a booklet with the information.
Week 1 - Healing Recipes for the Morning - We will look at the 'Medical Medium Morning Cleanse' tools such as lemon water, celery juice, heavy metal detox smoothie and other breakfast options.
Week 2 - Immune Boosting and Bug Fighting Recipes - This week will explore some powerful immune boosting foods and recipes that can help when we feel sickness coming on such as cucumber juice, Healing Broth, thyme tea, turmeric ginger shots and raw garlic.
Week 3 - Healing Foods and Juices for the Brain - Week 3 will focus on recipes from the Brain Saver books including Brain Shot Juices, wild blueberry recipes and spinach soup
Week 4 - Healing Snacks for Kids - This week is not only about kids, these recipes are also delicious for the whole family. We will try out strawberry banana bread, bliss balls, cookies, smoothie pops and other yummy recipes that leave out troublemaker ingredients and bring in more healing ones.

For 5 years now I have been following healing recipes and protocols from the Medical Medium books series that have completely transformed my life, my health, my spirituality and my brain. I have also worked with several highly skilled Medical Medium practitioners who have supported and guided me on this journey of healing.

I am passionate about sharing this life changing information to support people in becoming their own health experts and healing naturally. I spent years seeing doctor after doctor, practitioner after practitioner getting tests, scans, MRI's, trying different diets and supplements before finally reading 'Liver Rescue' from the Medical Medium book series and finding true answers.

I am here to simply share recipes and knowledge around the foods within them as I am so passionate about their potential to transform lives and alleviate suffering.
