Pro Tip: Bring a cozy sleeping bag while the evenings are still cool!!

- Sleeping bag, Yoga Mat, Blankets, pillows, eye masks, and whatever cozies and layers you want to feel comfortable laying in the grass for the duration of the sound bath

- Water Bottle... stay hydrated.

Allizen uses nine 432hz clear quartz sound bowls and other instruments to bring the nervous system, mind and body into resonance with the powerful, healing frequencies of the earth (The Schumann Resonance)!

BONUS: This is an outdoor event, located in a chemical-free, organic, sprawling yard which will allow you to safely use your feet and body to ground into the earth while being entrained by the healing frequencies from the instruments.
